The PPHSN review was conducted by the University of Sydney in partnership with the University of Queensland and Griffith University. It was commissioned by the Pacific Community (SPC), Focal Point of the PPHSN Coordinating Body, with financial support from the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and the United States Department of State (DOS).
